Experiences in rehabilitation including working with international level athletes, individuals with work or motor vehicle injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation as well as practicing in the emergency, intensive care unit (ICU), and long term care settings.

Outside of work: You might catch me watching anatomy videos while cooking up something delicious for my family or community. Alternatively, you might find me on the bike, badminton court, or preparing for my next judo competition.
HOW CAN PHYSIOTHERAPY HELP?
Physiotherapists are trained to work with you from a holistic approach by assessing your body, functional mobility, and addressing your concerns, your treatment may include Education, Manual Therapy, Postural and Movement Analysis, Electrotherapy, Exercise Therapy, and/or Taping.
From enhancing your sports performance to managing your injury, disease, and disability by regaining mobility and function, reducing pain, improving strength, balance, coordination, learning exercises and body mechanics to help you self-manage your body to prevent problems down the road and improve your quality of life.
